General Info:
Para Bellum, a band from St. Petersburg (should not be mistaken for a Moscow metal band with the same name), originated in 1995 as a band, and since 1992 had been a project of Alexey Pisarev (guitar) and Leonid Fomin (vocals). The first concert took place in 1997, and up to the present moment the band has been performing in different clubs of St. Petersburg. The style of the band can be described as post-punk/gothic. As misfortune would have it, at writing the band has no recorded demos or albums.
